Mexico Invoice

Request the invoice for your reservation in the My Trips section or by email.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request your invoice. Obtain your Digital Tax Receipt online by clicking here.

 

You can also send an email to factura.clientes@volaris.com,  please include reservation code, RFC, email, name and name of the client to invoice.

Guatemala Invoice

We would like to inform you that if your purchase was made through www.volaris.com or our Call Center, you are asked for your NIT and email, to which you will receive the invoice of your purchase.

If you purchase any of our services directly at the airports, you will receive a copy of the invoice (stickers), as proof of your purchase.
