VISUAL DISABILITY

You can travel with a service animal (dog), with no extra charge. The customer service advisors will help you reach the counter, in the boarding gate, when boarding the plane and with connecting flights.

 

HEARING DISABILITY

In most airports, you will find information screens with flight departures and arrivals; you can find them at our counters and boarding gates.

 

PHYSICAL DISABILITY

Ask for a wheelchair from the time you buy your ticket, or directly at our check in counter.

 

VOCAL/SPEECH DISABILITY

Communicate with us in writing.

 

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Please tell us if you require any special assistance, so we can offer you the best service.
  • For your convenience, you can request pre-boarding.
  • If you are traveling with a service animal, we will provide you the best location possible.
